Booking & Cancellation Policy

  1. Bookings are essential
  2. Weeknight corporate rates & long term rates on request
  3. A deposit of one night’s accommodation will be required to secure your booking. This is payable by Visa/MasterCard.This is non-refundableNB: Bookings are accepted for the number of persons stipulated when booking.
  4. You agree to be responsible and pay for any breakages or damage done to the property during your stay, excluding extraneous causes beyond your control. 
  5. Dates and times cannot be altered without prior consent. 
  6. Additional persons may only be accommodated with Brompton Apartments consent and extra costs may be incurred. 
  7. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation within 7 days of booking will result in the full charge being incurred. 
  8. Arrival/Departure times: Your apartment will be available after 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Departure time is 10.00 am. As we may not be in attendance on the day, please confirm arrival time prior to the day to collect keys.

NB: Bookings over Public Holidays, (i.e Waitangi weekend, Easter, Anzac weekend, Queens Birthday, Labour Weekend) may only be available for a minium of 3 nights stay.

Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period may only be available for a minimum of one week. Apartments are at a premium at this time of the year and consideration is given to persons booking for longer periods. Cancellation during this period will be required prior to 14 days notice of booking, or full booking charge will be incurred.
